The Act-Belong-Commit Dwellingup 100 presents an opportunity to interact directly with approx. 1100 keen mountain bikers, approximately 750 trail runners, plus supporters and spectators for both events! This is an incredibly cost-effective way to reach your target market, and is the perfect platform for recruiting new customers or strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Option 1 – Stall Space (providing your own 3m x 3m marquee) = $250.00
Option 2 – 3m x 3m Marquee* = $550.00 (price includes 2 chairs & 1 trestle table)

- Bump in occurs 2 hours prior to the event (6.30am) or (preferably) the day before.
- No vehicles are to be parked in the ‘Event Village’ – exhibitors must unload in the specified bump in time and remove their vehicle from the area.
- All applications to exhibit at the Act-Belong-Commit Dwellingup 100 are subject to approval. As the Act-Belong-Commit Dwellingup 100 has many loyal sponsors, certain products may create a conflict of interest with sponsors and therefore we reserve the right to approve all applicants.

Each participant who enters the Act-Belong-Commit Dwellingup 100 will receive a race pack upon registration pack collection. The participant registration pack is a great opportunity to provide information about your products and services for participants.

*Cost does not include production of marketing collateral. Inserts must be provided to TriEvents at suppliers cost. All inserts must be approved in advance and delivered to TriEvents no later than Wed 8th August.
